Any Good Books On The Life Of A Stock Specialist?

I’m interested in the details of being a stock specialist, illustrated with true stories and historical information. How does one become a stock specialist? Who are famous stock specialists? How does a stock specialist become rich? What kinds of illegal scams do they participate in? What does a typical day in the life of a stock specialist look like? What kinds of skills are required? I’m not thinking of becoming a stock specialist, I just find their work fascinating.
